Something to remember:
Everyone has bad days.
It is truly unfortunate when your stylist's bad day happens to be the same day as your hair appointment.
Now, before you ask what everyone else did ("Oh my gosh--and you left looking like that?!") I thought it might not be as bad if I parted my hair differently. I also had to get back to the office and had a two-hour training session that night. The more I looked at it, and the more I saw the look on other peoples' faces when they looked at it, I knew it needed fixed. (And parting it a different way made it worse.) So I went back later that night and got it fixed. By the owner.
In the words of my father, the difference between a good haircut and a bad one is six weeks.
And thankfully, my locks have fully recovered, even if my trepidation over visiting my stylist again has not.
